Acres Away was great to work with, would definitely hire again. Excellent service and price! They replaced the lawn in my backyard. It went from very unhealthy, mostly weeds, to a nice level green lawn. There used to be these annoying sand spurs that stick to your socks and shoes. Then you accidentally bring them inside and walk on them with bare feet. Ouch, annoying! Now it's soft green grass. My 1 year old can roam around and practice walking outside. Feels great, should have done it sooner.

Very prompt response to our need of mowing 6+ acres. Brent was friendly, professional, fast, and the quality of work was great! They cleaned up the porch and sidewalk when they were done and took care to move things like our hose out of the way. If we could give them more than 5 stars we would!

I recommended them to a neighbor and now she won't use anyone else either. Acres Away also trims trees and hauls (likely other services as well but, so far, this is all we've needed).

As to their character, allow me to give you an example or two. Recently, some large branches fell on our car during the night. When Brent came by to mow that next morning, he showed us what had happened and then promptly offered to move them off the car. He then helped look for any damage so we could take pics for insurance purposes. Another time, they rescued a large turtle that had wandered into our yard. They're great w/ our dog, too!
